Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JSP EXPERTS Trading Bot Software (the "Software"), provided by JSP EXPERTS TRADING ACADEMY ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.

JSP EXPERTS TRADING ACADEMY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal trading purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to any third party.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Software.

The Software is sold as a product license, not as a service. You are purchasing the right to use the Software as per these Terms.

The Software is designed for trading CFDs (Contracts for Difference) and Forex in the global financial markets. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country of residence.

• Users from restricted countries must comply with their local financial regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the Software is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Regulatory compliance is the sole responsibility of the user. The Company does not provide legal or financial advice.
• You must adhere to the CFD trading rules and regulations as per the financial authorities of your country.

By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and understanding the Software's functionality before using it for live trading.
• Making independent trading decisions and evaluating the risks involved in Forex and CFD trading.
• Complying with all financial regulations applicable in your country of residence.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of your trading accounts and login credentials.
• Regularly updating the Software to the latest version to ensure optimal performance and security.

IMPORTANT: The Company does not provide fund management, account management, or financial advisory services. The Software is sold as a trading tool only. Your use of the Software does not constitute a fiduciary relationship or any form of asset management.

• No Account Management: The Company does not manage, control, or have access to your trading accounts, funds, or assets.
• No Fund Management: The Company does not handle, manage, or custody any of your funds or financial assets.
• No Profit Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee any profits, returns, or performance from using the Software.
• Trading Risks: Forex and CFD trading involve substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you may lose your entire investment.
• Past Performance: Past performance of the Software does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses incurred while using the Software.
• Misuse or unauthorized access to your trading accounts or personal information.
• Technical issues, bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Software's operation.
• Decisions made based on the Software's outputs or signals.
• Any financial loss arising from market fluctuations, slippage, or execution delays.

In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and actions.
• You understand the risks associated with Forex and CFD trading.
• You are using the Software in compliance with your country's laws and regulations.
• You will not hold the Company liable for any financial losses or damages.
• You understand that the Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, trademarks, trade secrets, and documentation, are the exclusive property of JSP EXPERTS TRADING ACADEMY. You are granted a limited license to use the Software as described in these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software or any part thereof.
• Create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity related to the use of the Software.
• Non-payment of licensing fees (if applicable).

Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

• International Users: Users from other countries must comply with their local laws and regulations.
• Restricted Countries: Users from countries where Forex/CFD trading is prohibited must not use the Software.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
